How we handle your data

This page explains, in plain words, how Remotex Note and PetScope treat your recordings and notes.

What the apps store

• The sound recordings you make, such as heart and lung sounds and voice notes.
• The text notes you add to a recording.
• The profiles you create for family members or pets, such as a name and a photo.

How your records are linked

Every record is linked to an anonymous ID, not to your name.

Sharing

A recording or note is only shared when you choose to share it. You decide who receives it.

Deleting your data

You can delete a profile and its records from the Profile screen inside the app.

Not a medical service

Remotex Note and PetScope are for education and personal organization. They are not medical devices. They do not analyze or interpret health information, and they must not be used to diagnose or give medical advice. For any health concern, talk to a qualified doctor or veterinarian.
